We offer Hatha style classes. Variations are provided whenever needed. All levels welcome!
Prenatal Yoga
Bond with your baby in this class! Prenatal Yoga classes include targeted poses, Pranayama (breath work) and guided relaxation. The intention of this class is to build strength, aid in the transitions of pregnancy and birth, reduce anxiety, stress and promote mental peace.
Breathing & Meditation (online only)
In this class, you are guided through different types of Pranayama (breathing techniques), and a guided Chakra meditation with focus on each of the seven chakras.
Chair Yoga
If you are looking for a gentle and supported practice, Chair Yoga is for you! This class combines gentle stretching, Yoga poses, breathing exercises and final relaxation.
Kids Yoga
This is a fun class where kids learn different poses, play yoga games that aid in fine and gross motor skills and also find calm through mindfulness and relaxation. For ages 7-12.
